Help Build a Healthier Community—We’re Hiring
Our work at Eagle Valley Community Foundation (EVCF) is possible because of the hardworking and compassionate employees who keep the wheels turning. Our mission at EVCF is to ignite collaborative solutions that meet basic needs, foster belonging, and build economic power – creating a more equitable, connected, and thriving future for all who call our valley home. If this resonates with you, consider applying to one of our four open positions:
Program Manager, MIRA
The MIRA Program Manager leads the daily operations, strategy, and community impact of the MIRA Bus – Eagle Valley Community Foundation’s mobile, bilingual, intercultural resource hub. MIRA brings essential health, wellness, and social services directly to neighborhoods, workplaces, and community sites across Eagle County, meeting people where they are and fostering trust, belonging, and access. This role manages two mobile units, oversees a team of Community Health Workers, and cultivates strong partnerships with providers, community organizations, and residents. The Manager ensures high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with EVCF’s mission to strengthen families, improve access to care, and build community well-being.
Community Health Advocate, MIRA
As a Community Health Advocate (CHA), you serve as a trusted bridge between individuals and the resources they need to thrive. You meet people where they are—literally and figuratively—helping to break down barriers and build pathways to healthier, more stable lives. This work goes beyond traditional care. Through one-on-one support, outreach, and advocacy, you walk alongside families as they navigate complex systems, access essential services, and make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Whether it’s helping someone enroll in health coverage, connecting them to food or housing resources, or simply being a consistent, trusted presence, your role is rooted in dignity, trust, and relationship. Community Health Advocates play a vital role in strengthening the fabric of Eagle County. By fostering meaningful connections and empowering individuals with knowledge and support, you help create healthier communities—where everyone has the opportunity to live well and feel supported.
Part-Time Outreach Specialist, MIRA
The Part-Time Outreach Specialist is an on‑call position that plays a key role in community outreach by promoting MIRA programs, attending assigned events, and representing EVCF at community meetings and tabling opportunities. This position will interact with community members, partners, and volunteers, and is expected to display behaviors that align with EVCF’s mission, vision, and values.
If you’re passionate about people, equity, and making a tangible difference, this is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger. You can learn more about these positions here. We would love to have you join our team!
