Growing the Team Behind the Mission
By the end of 2023, Eagle Valley Community Foundation experienced significant organizational growth, expanding its staff from 7 to 20 team members to meet the increasing demand for its programs and deepen community impact. This growth reflects strategic investments in leadership, program coordination, bilingual outreach, and evaluation—ensuring EVCF can scale its work while remaining deeply rooted in equity and relationship-building. At the same time, the Board of Directors expanded from 13 to 20 dedicated members, bringing a broader range of lived experience, cultural insight, and professional expertise to guide the foundation’s strategic direction. Together, these changes strengthen EVCF’s capacity to connect community to community—and to deliver on its bold vision for health, belonging, and opportunity in Eagle County.
