Ilka Solomon is a hospitality and real estate professional known for building strong relationships and delivering results. Her career includes successful roles in group sales as well as playing an integral part in the pre-opening and launch of an upscale hotel in Washington, D.C., where she helped bring vision to life and set the stage for long-term success. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, where she combines her market knowledge with a genuine, client-first approach.

Outside of work, Ilka’s greatest joy is time spent with her family. She and her husband, Chris, love being with their three adult children and recently celebrated becoming first-time grandparents to Rome, born in June 2025. Whether hiking, kayaking, cooking together, or discovering off-the-beaten-path destinations while traveling, Ilka values connection, adventure, and making meaningful memories along the way.
