Fatima Becerra

Fatima Becerra serves as a Health Advocate with the MIRA Program at Eagle Valley Community Foundation. A familiar face within EVCF, Fatima began her journey as a CareerX high school intern with MIRA and has since grown into a dedicated and compassionate community advocate.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services at Colorado Mountain College. Fatima previously worked at The Community Market as a TCM Associate and later returned to MIRA as a Health Specialist, building strong experience in community outreach, family support, and resource navigation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fatima supported local emergency response efforts in collaboration with Eagle County Public Health and Vail Health, helping connect families to critical resources during a time of urgent need.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Fatima brings empathy, cultural awareness, and strong administrative skills to her role, helping ensure community members feel welcomed, supported, and connected to essential health services.
