Meet the New Leader Helping Guide MIRA’s Next Chapter

Eagle Valley Community Foundation is excited to welcome Madison Goering as the new MIRA Program Manager. In this role, Madison will help lead MIRA’s next chapter of community-based health, resource navigation, and trusted outreach across Eagle County.

MIRA, the Mobile Intercultural Resource Alliance, connects local families with healthcare access, mental health support, insurance enrollment, food resources, public benefits, education, referrals, and culturally responsive care. As demand for these services continues to grow, Madison brings the experience, vision, and heart needed to strengthen MIRA’s role as a trusted bridge between community members and the resources they need to thrive.

Madison brings a unique blend of public health, social work, community engagement, and program management expertise to her role. She holds both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health from the University of Denver and the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Throughout her career, Madison has worked extensively with community-based health programs, cross-sector partnerships, and bilingual outreach efforts. She has led public health research and engagement initiatives with Latino communities across Colorado and Latin America, facilitated trainings in both English and Spanish, and supported programs focused on health equity, chronic disease prevention, and Total Worker Health®.

Her professional experience includes trauma-informed service delivery, community leadership development, systems-level advocacy, and collaborative program implementation. Madison is passionate about creating community-centered solutions that empower individuals and families to thrive.

As MIRA Program Manager, Madison is committed to building strong partnerships, expanding access to resources, and ensuring that community voices remain at the center of program design and delivery. Her leadership will help guide MIRA as the program continues to respond to the evolving needs of local families with dignity, trust, and care.

Please join us in welcoming Madison to Eagle Valley Community Foundation and to the MIRA team.
