Recognition: MIRA’s Liduvina Selected for Jim Goodwin Driver Excellence Award

At Eagle Valley Community Foundation, we have always known how extraordinary our staff are. That’s why we are thrilled to celebrate MIRA team member Liduvina Calvillo, who has been recognized nationally as the recipient of the Jim Goodwin Driver Excellence Award from the Mobile Healthcare Association. This award recognizes a person who goes above and beyond the performance of their duties as a mobile health vehicle driver through safe operation as well as commitment to the mobile program and the community it serves. This individual must be of personal character beyond reproach with no disqualifying past behavior, as indicated in the award criteria.

Liduvina brings so much more than driving experience to MIRA. She brings warmth, patience, compassion, and a genuine love for the people we serve. She helps our team arrive safely, makes neighbors feel welcomed and cared for, and brings joy and kindness wherever the MIRA bus goes.

Those who know Liduvina know how deeply she cares for her community and how naturally she makes people feel seen, respected, and at home. We are incredibly proud of her and grateful for everything she brings to our team each day.
