MIRA brings information and connect resources and services throughout Eagle County:
- Information/referrals to medical services, behavioral health (adults/children), dental services, early childhood, parenting, and physical activity programs
- Enrollment to assistance programs: Medicaid and SNAP.
- The Community Market: FREE food
The MIRA team can enroll community members in these programs every day- come check them, get connected, and get enrolled!
- The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Formerly known as ‘food stamps,’ is a nutrition program that provides monthly food benefits to low-income households to supplement their grocery budget.
- Medicaid
- Medicaid provides free or low-cost health coverage to eligible persons.
- Benefit Recovery Program (BRF)
- A statewide program for unemployed undocumented workers in Colorado who have or will receive a W-2 tax form from their employer, who have lost their job through no fault of their own and who are not eligible to receive traditional wage replacement assistance.
