Applications Move to Semi-Finals

In a testament to the remarkable interest and enthusiasm within our community, we are thrilled to share that we received an overwhelming response with over 30 applications for the 5-7 available spots in the inaugural Elevar Cohort. The caliber of applicants has been truly inspiring, reflecting the incredible talent and dedication present in our community. The steering committee, comprised of esteemed local BIPOC leaders, has diligently vetted the semi-finalists. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional promise and commitment to advancing our shared goals. Moving forward, the selected semi-finalists will undergo a rigorous interview process with our leadership team, ensuring that the final cohort comprises individuals who embody the spirit and values of Elevar.
