The Women’s Group crafted an array of delicious bolis, a cherished traditional Mexican dessert, that captivated everyone at Fiesta Americas. Utilizing gleaned peaches, they created four delightful flavors:

• Peach
• Melon + Tajin
• Coconut
• Chocolate

These refreshing and flavorful treats not only showcased their culinary skills but also highlighted the importance of community collaboration and cultural exchange.
